turn top two in unraised sb vs bb

Again readless on villain, we have only played a couple of hands together, and he has not done anything special. Fold this since there is nothing in the pot and we are readless? Or do I hate money if I fold this?

SB: $139.45
Hero (BB): $98.50
UTG: $184.29
CO: $114.35
BTN: $132.50

Pre-Flop: K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BB)
3 folds, SB calls $0.50, Hero checks

Flop: ($2) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB bets $2, Hero calls $2

Turn: ($6) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB bets $5, Hero raises to $15, SB raises to $100, Hero?

this is a raise pf. you should be raising a really wide range here, and K8o is definitely in the >50% category of that range.

PF is whatever, this is a reasonably interesting hand.

I probably definitely push.

ok, noted, but the rest of the hand?

He could easily have a flush/straight draw that just picked up a pair. Set is unlikely because he probably raises pre. He could have 46 or 69 but whatever, all in.

Did not see your reply before my last post. I thought the same as you cue-ball, and shoved. But I thought about it afterwards, as the pot is not that big, and playing for stacks in a unraised pot without the nuts is not always smart.

But he can have a ton of combo draws on this flop, that we beat. Although readless, and having never seen him shove such draws, is this a good call?

You have the near nuts vs his range IMO. I'm definitely getting all in here.

I think Id shove if there wasnt a straight possibility out there because sets make up less of his range.

but as is I think I fold and hate myself, close though

I think this is probably a thin value shove between a lower 2 pair, a 69 (probably spades) which has you nutted and a really badly played AA who thinks its the nuts but has a bif of equity. Can someone run this through PokerStove? Nothing really makes sense apart from perhaps a horrendous AK either although at NL100 with no reads I guess you *could* put it in there.

Not in love with it but I think shoving is slight long term +EV
