All from an intense 20-40 four-table must-move chain at Casino Arizona tonight.

(A) Villain unknown, seems standardish aggro sunglasses-wearing type. He raises the cutoff and I defend my BB with 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].

Flop T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. I checkraise, he 3bets and I call.

Turn 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. I check and call.

River T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. I check, he bets, I raise.

(B) We're 7-handed. UTG+1, who is overtight, raises. The button, who is loose and erratic but not completely on his own planet, reraises. I have a kill button, so if I win a $200+ pot this hand I have to post $30 in my small blind next hand. I have AQs and fold.

(C) LMP raises. He's mediocre to bad, not extremely bluff-prone but reasonably active, and stuck. Pretty sure he views me as one of the crowd of people drawing out on him tonight. Folded to me and I threebet AQo from the BB.

I would like a turn cr in hand 1. I think he will cry call w/ an A here.

2nd hand is fine, though I dont play in a kill game.

Hand 3 is also fine.

I like hand 1, but prefer the c/r on the turn; it seems stronger, plus you've picked up more of a hand.

2 is definitely the right play.

3, I prefer c/c. I can't see him folding a better hand here, but he might try to bluff with busted hearts.

I don't know why you guys are recommending a turn c/r in hand 1. We would hate to get 3-bet by an overpair and have to call with 10-ish outs. It's because we have that many outs that we can make a pot-odds check-call on the turn. As for the river, we've represented a T and spending 2BBs in the hopes he folds an overpair is probably an okay investment. Nice hand, Nate.

Hand 2 is yawn fine.

Hand 3: you're putting him on AK and you hope he folds it, it seems. I'm not sure how reasonable that parlay is. But it does seem he'll raise any PP or flush draw on the flop, so because he only called the flop and turn, A-high seems like his most likely hand. I guess maybe you get value when AJ looks you up, and if AK folds that's awesome, so this is probably a fine value-bluff.

Joker--you're saying he might fold an overpair for one last river bet, but will often 3-bet that same overpair if he's check-raised on the turn? IMO, the turn c/r is scarier here because we have a bet behind and are representing an 8 nicely. A call is fine too from a pot odds perspective, and if we make it, the river c/r is fine. Just prefer the c/r on the turn.

I think donking the river in hand A is much better than c/r. I also think c/r'ing the turn is dumb.

I like hand C. Don't worry about B cuz its so rare.

I feel the same way about little suited one-gaps in the big blind. I'd like at least a 3 player flop.

In the first hand I don't like the re-raise with AQ in the BB. You can always check raise the flop.

I think if we are trying to rep something besides a draw a turn cr accomplishes that. Plus given his description Im not convinced he has an overpair. A river cr and a river donk are getting paid off w/ A high. A turn cr might not
