2-7 What\'s stonger?

a good 3 card draw like 23,24,25,27 or a bad 2 card draw like 457 or 378 or 347? i'm talkign about when stealing or defending the blinds.

I think a good 3 card draw is stronger by a wide margin.

I disagree. For one thing you'll be more in control of the hand with a two card draw. When you draw three cards the other guy knows you're pretty weak, obviously.

without really thinking about it hard I think the strength in a weak 3 card hand is when your up against a player who calls with a 3 card draw in the BB and is capable of folding unimproved. However when you steal and your called, and the opponent is showdown bound, I would rather have 23xxx because the is a chance to improve to a winning hand.

On a related note I'd like to point out once again that stealing blinds is overrated in TD, unless you can run over the blinds.

sometimes, sometimes not. Its player and field size dependent. Also keep in mind that if 3 players folded to you there is a slightly greater chance that the deck, or the remaining opponents hands are rich with baby cards. Now I'm not a firm believer in the theory of bunching, but I do think it cannot be ignored.
