You are drawing for 1/2 the pot. You have a pair of [Q]'s.
Fold is correct. You have no counterfiet protection for your low. The action indicates more than one NLD is out there. It's time to save your money.

Against one LAG player I'd be willing to mix it up here, since you're in good shape against NLD/NFD (which is a likely holding). But with two pot raises back to you I think you have to fold - the odds that you're up against a better high and a better (protected) low draw are too good, and the pot odds aren't giving you much of a boost (i.e. you would want 33% equity or close to it to call, and you don't have it I think).
