Alien invasion: who posts first on 2+2
 

Hey,
Was just thinking about when big news stories happens, there is usually a thread somewhere in 2+2. Now i thought, just how fast does everyone respond to the news in each different forum. Obviously some forums are read alot, and some forums have tonnes of new threads hourly, but lots of it is junk by degenerates.

Now i am wondering, if aliens were to invade Earth, and say kill several thousand people on landing, which forum on 2+2 would be the first to mention this, either as a new thread, or as a single post in a thread somewhere.

It would be posted in BBV first, then cross-posted to OOT. Then the guy who cross-posted it would be banned by NT! for cross-posting.

I was hoping this was a nomination thread. "In case of alien invasion, [this poster] is in charge of posting it first on 2p2." Just in case this is an idea people like, I nominate myself.

Obviously. SMP would disprove the existence of aliens in its own way and well, no more invasion.

I guess that there are different types of people that frequent different forums on this site. So is your question which type of person would be first to post on 2+2 (poker degenerates, philosophers, political scientists, sports nuts, morons (who spell it morans), etc.)? I think a better question is which forum will generate the most interesting discussion? The likely answer is philosophy and/or politics.

Better question - You have a free $100 bet, all forums are priced the same. You know there will be said invasion at some point in the next week, but are locked in a room with only the booky, and no way to comunicate. Who do you bet on?

I think whichever forum has most traffic?
