Stars 100fo big draw oop vs Shivtheking

no history. I couldnt put him on a hand. I was going for a flop CR and once it whiffed I decided to lead. I figured he didnt cbet because the board was too coordinated and he missed. It seems like an easy shove after he puts in his mini + 1/3 raise but i dont think i have FE any at all.

He either has QQ, 99 or absolutely nothing. Shove.

Who is Shivtheking? I see bad players playing AQ this way. I'd fold this PF.
