end of the year meaning december? then i guess you have to go someplace like san diego/LA or miami/disney world.

Do you mean December? If so the only place you are really going to find "nice" weather is in southern florida. But it kind of depends on what you mean by "nice." Southern California should be in the 60s at the end of December. Other than that - Hawaii!
