Playing at Work

If you use your own laptop and connect to a wireless internet connection at work, can anyone else see what you are doing?

Depends what wireless internet connection you're using... If it's a connection internal to your workplace, then some network adminstrator may know what you're doing.

1. Don't play at work. If you get caught, you'll be fired.
2. If you must play, use a data card (from Verizon, Sprint, etc) or a data capable cell phone to connect to the Internet.
3. See #1.

Unless you work in the computer game industry like me, then it's all good to win the big pots at work.

You can also give VNC a shot. If you have a proxy server at the office, you may have to use something like HTTPort before remote desktop will work. Also with the proxy, they can easily monitor you access.... just like my post is being monitored right now by my company .

What if it gets to the point where he no longer wants to work and wants to play professionally. In that case you could keep going to work and playing until you get fired - just consider your pay check an extra rakeback
