my brother and i have a relatively new tradition of frying a turkey in the fall. due to schedule conflicts we were unable to do so until now.

but that's ok, because it's still retardedly good.

i've had rotisserie chicken, but not beer braised/marinated.

i do not have the technology currently to rotisserie, however. i need a new grill for that [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

fair enough, i dont have the recipe or procedure, i just went to my aunt and uncles house and devoured a delicious beer based rotisserie turkey last year, the taste was phenomenal, i thin it took like 6 hours or so
