Nl50 AQos- oop against a weak/tight

Villain is 21/2/1.2 400 hands
No other reads
CO was 60/22 that's why I raised it up pf.
So far I have been playing TAG but have been reraising quite a bit pf. So far at this table I was 23/20/5 over 70 hands.

Easy river fold against this type of player?
I know I should have bet more on the flop...but I dont think he would call with a weaker ace so I was trying to get some value from a weaker A or any pp.

Bet more on flop.. As played, I just call the river. I get a feeling he had AK by the tone of your post but I still bet more on the flop and probably bet out on turn too.

Bet about 7 on the flop. Bet about 12 on the turn. The river changed nothing about the hand, so I'm not sure about folding. If you're going to fold, bet 15 or so and fold to a big raise. As played, you looked very weak on all streets postflop, so I'd really consider calling.

I'm very curious as to why you check this river

I guess I knew he wouldn't call a big river bet with a hand that I beat. I was looking for a cheap sd. Probably should have bet 12-15 on river and fold to a raise.

I am not worried about a bluff bc of my weakish bets from this opponent.

So what do we put villain on here?

Given the way the hand was played, it seems like an easy call on the river. With the 1/3 pot bets on the flop and turn and the river check, there's no way he puts you on a hand as strong as AQ. You said you were making small bets to try to get value from weak aces and pocket pairs. My guess is that's exactly what he has. If you're going to act weak the whole hand, you can't be scared of monsters just because he decides to make a half pot bet on the river. He probably thinks he's value betting his weak ace/PP.

You checked the river and now you don't know if he's betting for value or if you induced a bluff. Weak tight's CAN bluff if they know they aren't going to win the pot by checking down. I call this river all day.
