I noticed that it appears that Absolute calculates rakeback on "contributed" vs. "dealt" rake. Is this standard for all affiliates for Absolute? Also, is this calculated on contributed because they don't deduct bonuses from MGR?

Any site that offers rakeback on anything other than contributed rake will go broke very quickly...let me know if you hear of any that payout on dealt rake...I would like to signup there.

What's your definition of "very quickly"?

Full Tilt and UB have used the dealt method for over 2 years and they don't seem to be broke.
