simple software for \'remote viewing\'

i've used logmein to watch and have people watch my monitor. and me to watch other peoples monitors.

its easy, and doesnt require knowledge of routers and firewalls etc.

only thing is its 12.95 / month and my free trial is up..

suggestions for similar 'free' solutions?
