i like a min 4 bet here, it folds out all squeezes, and doesnt pot commit you

4bet for sure, i usually make it a little less than 3x. still not committed if you have total air, but can call if you have a good hand.

shove is pretty good too. you can't fold though. if he has you beat he has you beat

this is the 3rd time in 3 threads you have recommended bet/folding. sometimes bet/call as well as part of a balanced strategy

4bet min is the worse idea ever. just call and play poker.

i dont like a shove either.

a normal 4bet or call would be good, fold isnt bad but against a 22-20 I normaly play a flop here and stack light.

Make it 45, do this a few times and he will likely be 3 betting you less

Yeah but if he's at all smart, this is the time he has a hand.

i usually fold when they squeeze my utg raises which is probably a leak, but at some point if not this hand you're going to need to felt a non top 2% hand pf against him or hes basically printing money 3betting you w/ any 2. this does make me kinda weary that its his 3rd time in 10 minutes. i also think calling and "playing poker" with 2x pot size behind isnt great since were folding when we whiff and probably not getting him stack off with the loser very often. either bluff shove over alot of cbets or fold pf or 4bet pf, which ever you feel like doing at the time.

so you are stacking off on either a Q high or an A high flop? what are you stacking off to that you beat? what is he calling your reshove on the flop with that you beat on those....not much at all

the min 4 bet IMMEDIATELY lets you know if you are crushed while still folding out the hands that are pure squeezes

Re: AQ, pretty sure he sqeezes, but what can I do?

I would be folding this... even on the third time. If it's a mistake/leak it's a small one. Def calling with 88 though. Even if missing set, floating flop on dangerous board gets the job done often enough.

Call with the AQ prolly not awful either with pos, but, in theory, the 2nd/3rd time he does this his hand is likely better than the first time assuming maniac status not established. So I'm folding.
