Can\'t Find PostSQL database
 

Whenever I try to use pokerev or pokergrapher, it never finds my postsql database. It works fine with pokertracker and pokeracehud though. Any solutions?

I'm running Vista fwiw.

The most common cause is vista blocking the program. Try running as administrator.

Second most common cause is a firewall such as McAfee or Zonealarm blocking the program from accessing the "trusted zone", which it needs to do to access the postgresql service. Make sure the program has the same permissions as PokerTracker. In most firewalls it won't need internet access but some are stupid and consider the local port to be internet access, so you'll need to allow it for both PokerGrapher and PokerEV.

Least common cause is having a server on another machine - the port sometimes doesn't resolve properly. I have a fix for it if that affects you (it shouldn't)
