Anyone else plan on going?

I plan on taking a day or two off work and playing in one or two of the lower buy-in events.

played there last year, was super soft, even my donk ass took one down. cash games were sick good too

Casino rule, and it's a good thing as cash games are time raked and most players can't figure out it is their turn to act without music.

Agree, its mainly during the tournaments that I crave my iPod..

I'll be playing in the $5k Main Event. May play in one or two of the prelim events. But most likely, I'll be at the cash tables over the weekend.

380. I think there were only 270ish in event #2.

They definitely took it from mine. I think you can get some of it back if you file a Louisiana state income tax return.

I know nothing about Louisiana, but in MS you cannot get it back (unless this changed in the last couple of years). They used to do a 5% tax that you could get back, but then they switched to a 3% "fee" that you couldn't get back.

Terrible. Sunday is by far the best day to play in the supers.

A lot of these people don't understand what you are supposed to do in a satellite. You'll see some head scratching confrontations late.

You get some decent play for your money in the supers. Don't feel like you have to make a move early.

I would expect at the 4pm satellite for them to give away 10 or 12 seats and probably one or two less seats for the 8 pm. Good luck.
