I just requested a cashout from neteller via courier any idea how long I am looking at to receive it? Anyone done the same?

Yes, but remember you are not required to withdraw the rest of your funds from Neteller. According to the website (http://content.neteller.com/content/...supdate.htm#11):
"[T]here is no requirement for US members to withdraw their funds from their e-wallet accounts."
