Does Foxwoods allow backpacks in their poker room?

I'm planning a trip through CT soon and want to get some time in at Foxwoods. This was a while ago, but I have vague memories that security gave one of my ladyfriends a hard time about bringing a bag into the poker room the last time I was there. Will I be safe bringing a regular sized backpack with me? Or would it be better to get a European men's carryall instead?

Backpacks are fine, though there are signs leading to all casino areas that security reserves the right to check all bags, but never seen them stop anyone before

I usually bring a backpack and have gotten stopped a few times. Most times though they don;t say a word.
