Thanksgiving in Vegas

Does anyone know of any hotels/restaurants that put out a nice spread for Thanksgiving?

I stayed at Bellagio last Thanksgiving and had a great dinner there as well as a good time. Its kinda dead but it picks up a little on the weekend.

My experience is that on Thanksgiving, a lot of the poker rooms are more busy then may make sense.

I've had Thanksgiving dinner in the casino/hotels for the past 13 years and love it. However, the lines at some of the buffets on Thanksgiving, sometimes resemble the Woodstock Nation. I've seen much shorter DMV lines.

I know of a little gem at my favorite local casino that I pretty much get right in & out (no wait) on Thanksgiving and get a very decent meal (IMHO, YMMV). Poker room is nearby and so is movie theater.

Wherever you go on Thanksgiving.....

Have a good time and stack some Turkeys playing poker!

Best Wishes

Howard

Orleans (& Suncoast).

One of the non buffet/ coffee shop restaurants (THEY have VERY long lines on Thanksgiving/Christmas.)

South of the border theme & they have traditional Thanksgiving dinner that day (PLUS free chips & salsa!).

Happy Pokering

Is this at Suncoast? I don't remember a Mexican place in the Orleans.

Mirage serves Thanksgiving dinner in the poker room (as long as you're playing)...it's the awesome!!!!! don't remember what time but worth going to. They've done it like over 10 years...call and ask them the details.

Thanks for creating the thread Suited Jack!

Good info. dnparks & Howard - turkey dinner is an all time favourite and I don't want to miss out.

Phntm, I'll be there from 23rd to 28th - if dates work out a low-limit mixed game would be way cool.

Cheers!
