No, they are a scam. Noone has gotten paid in quite some time. It is widely believed that they are broke now.

FB has been doing it for years scamming licensees, affiliates and players. A simple Google search has shown this for years. It is almost certain that nobody owed money from FB will ever see it again. I don't think anyone from the Ongame days has been paid in well over a year. Pokes Poker by itself owes over $1,000,000.
