Hey. I've gotten interest from whipsaw, Holybull, kingpin182 for a $50 - $100 fantasy baseball league. We'd have a live draft one evening and rules/payouts can be discussed. I'll do some more research tonight and update with my thoughts, once we get 10-14 we can set a draft date sometime soon.

Please leave your interest (and a contact e-mail) in this thread. We can do payment through Stars or otherwise.

The ones I can find are ESPN, Yahoo!, FoxSports, and SportingNews. Any suggestions as to the best site to use would be appreciated. I'm assuming a 5x5 Roto draft will be best.

I'm up for it, if you want to grant somewhat of a stranger an invitation. I will PM you email contact.

I highly suggest using Yahoo! for this. I have used Yahoo for more than a handful of fantasy leagues, and ESPN for a couple, and find Yahoo! to be a far superior setup.

Also, I would suggest setting up the league with Yahoo now, and sending out the league id# and password as people notify you that they would like to participate. Yahoo! only runs so many live drafts at one time, so you have to schedule one early. This late into March many of the premium draft times (early/late evening EST) are already blocked out, and if there others who hold a 9-to-5, having a true live draft could become difficult.

You can of course pre-rank players, and have Yahoo! 'auto-draft' for you if you are unable to make it.

What's been going on? The bracket contest? Not sure.

Oh well, too bad to lose you. Obviously I'm not going to stiff people, but that's easy to say and I understand the apprehension.

Still at 4. Think I should advertise at SBR or RX or something to try to get more? I changed the draft to next Wednesday the 28th at 10PM tentatively to give us more time to round up folk.
