s16 line moves
 

While close is usually more accurate, open still contains useful info, like where LV thinks line should be, obvs:

Kansas over has gone up 3.5 pts at bodog
Memphis and OSU O have gone up 2pts
Pitt +1.5-2 pts from open
Memphis up 1.5 in places

where has the public overreacted? I think the Over on Tenn is a good example of this. Thoughts?
