Request: Stars Shortcuts

I've mentioned it before but I am getting desperate as 1/1/08 is approaching fast and I would like to make supernova elite next year. There is a huge market out there for a GUI based shortcuts program ala FTS that would be compatible with Stars (and presumably Party). For those not familiar with FTS, the key components would be:

1. Street based betting: ability to recognize pot size and street, sizing bets accordingly.

2. Hud Overlays: stack size in BB, bet sizes etc

3. Auto reloader: name says it all, NL & PL cash players

4. SNG loader: ability to load sets and continuous SNGs of different buyins

5. Action keys: call, bet, close lobbies, sit out etc.

6. Rearrange tables: using existing Stars feature or preferably a custom table planner like Party Planner

7. Close annoying popups

8. Auto time bank

I am sure nano has sold at least a couple hundred copies of FTS, the demand at Stars has to be more than double as Stars is harder to control with AHK and obviously is the number one room. There has to be a developer out there who sucks at poker and would make more doing this than grinding 10NL.

Any one working on this? Anyone interested? I could potentially pre-pay for the first x number of licenses if there is a demand concern. I see crapware posted on this site quite often by good developers who don't understand what the poker player needs. Spend your time developing a product that will sell, we need Stars Shortcuts!

Several of your requests are already covered by existing scripts, but I would like a program like FTS as well.

Are the only things not covered by my various scripts at this time.

For a short while I had a Stars SNG opener, but it was badly broken by a site update - and I haven't put it back together yet. I know there is demand, I will fix it - certainly in good time for 2008 SNE chase to begin.

You make a good point though, in that it may well be worth my time to code up an "oversight" script, with a GUI for configuration of the three scripts that provide these functions... It is becoming increasingly obvious many people are unaware of much of the functionality offered by my scripts.

Thoughts?

FWIW, the scripts are here:

I forgot to mention in the OP the existing scripts which are a great contribution. I currently play almost 100% on FT so I am not all that familiar with them, while they meet some of my requirements they still represent a significant time investment to compile and keep them working. The opportunity cost is high for anyone playing above the smallest levels and that's why I think there is a huge market for a GUI-based program with a paid support person.

I would pay for a Stars version of FTP Shortcuts.

I too would pay, just to have a GUI for my Stars scripts.

As it is now - I launch 3 or 4 scripts everytime I use stars, and am clueless about modifying the scripts. I would rather launch one program, that allows me to edit the scripts (options) through a central GUI.

I barely used 10% of the available options in Full Tilt Shortcuts, and it was still worth every penny (for the few months I actually played there).

Re: Request: Stars Shortcuts

The best part about FTS is how it automatically sets the bet amount. I love only clicking the bet button for PF raises as it automatically sets it to pot (3.5+1 for limpers).

I believe the betpot script does this for stars but there was a long delay when I tried it, not sure if there was a way to fix that, didn't get that far.

Correct.

It should be instant. Most common cause is a conflict with SnoopFree.

What setting do I need? I looked on overcards, the only thing I could see is the autobet setting, but to me that looks like it sets the bet amount and auto-clicks?
