Is Pokersavvy dead?

They have stopped replying to emails or to posts to the forum.
Many people complain with all sort of issues but nobody's there from support or anything.

Does anybody know what is happening to Pokersavvy?

Updates have not been processed last weekend because of a public holiday in USA and the rest of the crew didn't work during the weekend as usual and I wasn't around due to a family emergency. So incase you were wondering why no one has answered your questions and points haven't been added yet, there was a reason. Everything is back normal and we're working full time to get everything back on track. On behalf of PokerSavvy team, I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you but I can assure you that everything is being taken care of as of today.

Indeed, most of us were unavailable over the holiday weekend as we were taking a break and spending time with our families. We're all back at work now and are getting caught up, if anyone has any questions or concerns they should contact PokerSavvy Support via email or our forum and we'll be sure to look into it! Re: Is Pokersavvy dead?

Hey gieffe, sorry about that, we normally have a guy around who answers support mail and forum posts over the weekends, but that particular weekend he had a personal emergency that left him unavailable. If I had known that he wouldn't be around before hand I would have definitely posted something in the forum to let people know that things would be moving pretty slowly over the weekend.

Fortunately everything is back on track now!
