i have this really severe localized pain underneath my left shoulder blade on the back and i cant do anything. i just got this pain there yesterday morning and its progressively gotten worse.

is it aids or what?

* infraspinatus tendinitis - pain on resisted shoulder external rotation
* subscapularis tendinitis - pain on resisted shoulder internal rotation
* bicipital tendinitis - pain on resisted elbow flexion

my friends brother had that. turned out it was cancer and his shoulder blade had to be removed.
