It can be both, just zoom the picture up and notice how her leg crosses her body. I can switch between what I see every other time.

Edited to add: Also, I can see it as if she is just facing one direction and going back and forth.

I finally got the stupid cow to go clockwise but it looks like she's going to fall backwards.

Edit: Clockwise looks like she's standing on her left leg, Anti-clockwise looks like she's standing on her right leg.

I know my God, I'm talking to my friend on messenger and now when I look at the messenger I see "her" jerk her leg and start going counter, then I look at it and in a second it's back to clockwise. How the [censored] does it do that.
