Quick Vid card question

Im two minutes away from buying a 204b monitor (i currently have a 2001fp). I know I need a dual output video card. Can someone please recomend/link me to a video card that will run both monitors and is still OK for video games around $150?

Thx
Matt

Re: Quick Vid card question

Why do you need a dual output card? Do you not have room in you case for a second (cheap) video card?

Re: Quick Vid card question

I didnt even know that was an option. I would think I have room (never opened it up and looked - and I have no experience doing so).

I was thinking about ordering this card:

What card would you recomend if I was to add a 2nd? Would this complicate the entire process? (no experience here, so Im a noob)

If you're happy with your primary card for videogames, the only requirement for your secondary (poker) card is resolution. Just get some PCI card with the right output (VGA/DVI) that supports your resolution.

[/ QUOTE ]I would think that removing one card and installing another is a bit harder than just installing another. But both are pretty easy (as far as "open the case" fixits go.)
