sb is kinda silly in that he's overdefends his blinds preflop and takes weird lines like chkc TT on an 9548 2 toned board oop on the turn and then donk a river A for like 1/4 pot.

bb is kinda unknown but probably not too bad or anything.

yea, but I'd say I'm ahead here fairly often as well. and I'd like to charge clubs to see the river, no?

the button was sittin on between a $10-20 stack for like 2 orbits, I dunno just didnt seem like a threat to reraise at the time

I like a raise here. You have to not give him outs for his flush. You're in a very good situation where you have the best hand. I say you raise to $35.

Assume they don't have a flush yet, and get the value here while they have the draw or TPTK. Raise to ~the pot, fold to river shove.
