This is interesting, because I didn´t play this hand, I copied it from aba, or whatever his name is, a high stakes player who makes Cardrunner videos. This is from a free sample video of $50NL he put up here on the forum the other day. Villain showed KK, and aba made a note of it. Still, I think the EV for the play in this hand is negative. He said that by raising, betting the flop, he would have no idea where he was, and decided to keep the pot small by check/calling.

What do you think of this play?

I think aba misplayed this and doesn't realize how straightforward 50NL is.

I can see c/c flop, but I'm not putting any more money in on the turn whether my c-bet gets called or I check/call.

I really dont like the way you played, you never had a chance to know where you were at. Just calling down with second pair doesnt make any sense. Lead out on the flop and go on from there.
