Your flop bet is weak. Make it more like $19 or so.

Flop $18-20 and the rest looks good versus this villain. VS a more aggressive one I'd be tempted to look him up on the river as only a slowplayed set/ JT/KQ really make sense as this K should be a scary card for most of what just called the flop AND after we check the turn (thus we have AK obs)

Villain has a 14% raise. What's his ATS. Because if his attempt to steal is high then he is only betting a small % of hands UTG. So I think 3betting TT against that range might be overplaying it a bit. I like a call preflop.
