online poker watchdog website?

A little less than a year ago Jetset closed down and took my money that I had in my Jetset account with it.

I was wondering if there is a website that is a watchdog on online poker sites. Perhaps they would pick up on warning signs or complaints from players about different sites and review how safe or stable a site is. Also it might rate on how good the support is at the site etc. Is anyone aware of such a website/forum/blog?

I am not aware of a site that offers all the info. Plus I would probably be worried that the site or blog was being sponsered by a specific site.

The best way to test a site is make the minimum deposit and play a little and then try to cash out. I did this with UltimateBet and so far (6 Months) I have had no real issues. Checks could be a little faster and it would be nice if they accepted personal checks for deposit but on the whole they are a pretty good site. (Just my personal opinion).

Pokerroomreview.com might be close to what you have in mind. Owned by the same people as SBR.

I mentioned the LGA before but I don't think anybody ever went to them. Regardless since they shut down and ran I doubt there is anything the LGA could do anyway. It would certainly be worth a try though.
