Stages of a poker player\'s development

There's a great little summary of the 4 stages of a poker player's development -- something along the lines of being a donk, to playing tight, to playing laggy, to playing tight and aggressive. I believe it was written by a 2+2'er or someone affiliated with us.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

That's not bad, but not that great. I think the other guy was right, I think it was something by Mr. Zee . . .
