Sklansky\'s LLHE Starting Hand Ranges

I have lost my copy of crushing LLHE and was wondering if anyone had the starting hand guide for tight and loose tables in a word format.

Thinking about playing Limit only online and NL Cash live, to decrease my variance which has been outta control lately.
