HUSNG -- What to do here...

Villain hasnt been too tricky. He's the type to bet out on a paired flop and fold to a small raise. I don't remember him limp/calling yet. I would probably say that his minraises are strong, but I cant be sure. I have no idea what to do here:

Button calls t25, Hero raises to t200, Button calls t150.

The stack sizes are so awkward. Call? Fold? Raise?

Just out of curiousity , can you explain why you bet $200 ?
Is it part of your balanced strategy ?

I probably fold because even if you shove , you don't have much fold equity . I think folding is the best option , followed by calling and shoving is the worst .

Re: HUSNG -- What to do here...

I almost always follow up 3-bets with the same sized bet postflop. 3-bets tend to inflate the pots and the half pot allows me to get away from missed hands easier. It also is enough to build the pot with my mosters, because if villain calls the pot will be 800 on the turn and it'll be very hard for him to get away from a hand. This obviously backfires in spots like this though.

Re: HUSNG -- What to do here...

hmmmn, i'm not really sure.

at the 11's balancing isn't really much of a concern usually, so i'd only consider checking a hand like AK and AT - a hand with some outs if it's currently behind. a hand with more outs i'd be more comfortable betting (like KT or T9s or any flush draw) as well as hands with less outs (99 - altho those hands are bet/folds).

with AK mainly i'd check for pot control and with the knowledge that we won't make any better hand fold that would have limped preflop except possibly 7x.

is this off-base?

You are getting immediate odds of about 5 to 1 with his raise

I think his most likely holding is a pair maybe Q or J, then a draw maybe 9T or KT then two pair or better maybe an overpair, It think that is very rare tout

I think you have enough equity to push. I basing this on the range that I put villain on. What do you think?
