What to do ruined birthday?

Well.

Tonight my girlfriend worked most of the night. When she got off work she called me and said her friend was driving her home. I said that's cool. Well 10 minutes later she tells me her friend has to drop off some sweatshirts at her ex boyfriends house then she will get me. I get pissed and hang up. An hour and a half later she is ''at home''.
What the [censored]? this [censored] ditched me on my birthday

Weed-Panic Attacks

Whenever I smoke weed it seems I get panic attacks,rapid heart beat,paranoia,pain in the back of my skull. Only once have I smoked and this didn't occur. What do you think the problem is?
