These posts rub me the wrong way when I don't see either player's whole cards, I've never been a fan of them.

pretty dry board otf. i'd be expecting bakes to have a set here, but as KingDan says not really a fan of the no hole cards posting much.

Is this the WCOOP 6-max? Does he know who you are? If not, what kind of reads might he have on you?

I think giving him a range of "sets" is really wrong, I love making this move on ppl.

I watched Bakes for a while last night and he pulled this with overpairs and OESDs. I don't think he has a set. I don't think he thinks DD has a Q.

Bakes doesn't have complete air. That's as much as you can narrow the range, IMO, unless there is very specific history between the two.

Yes this is WCOOP. Yes, I think Bakes knows I'm 2+2. He has been aggressive. I don't remember at that point of the tournament, but I may have been aggressive as well. I had JJ, I'm pretty sure I can't call. I was just more curious as to what Bakes could hold.

If Bakes doesn't think DD has a Q here then I think you have to call.

I actually lean towards calling if he thinks you're 2p2, and I'm not sure you should be leading JJ here if you don't plan on snap-calling a shove.

Of course it also matters how often you think he's checking behind a Q on the flop.

ddbeast is in position wardekar. my limited read on him - 2+2, pretty tight.

I put DD on 88-JJ after the pf and flop action. However, I didn't know whether Bakes necessarily expected him to fold those hands, having basically declared that's what he has.

I think if hero's going to check behind on the flop and he bets the turn, he's really got to be prepared to call here but it's messy because, as I say, he's never going to be in terrible shape and is sometimes well ahead and feels that a shove is more +ev than a turn raise OOP.
