I have one worse - the annoying girl who thinks everyone loves her.

on top of this, she is incredibly dumb - she doesn't think she is smart, but she also doesn't realize how dumb she is.

I hate her sooooo much.

dumb people who think they are smart are bad, but i am not sure they are worse than smart people who think they are the smartest.

you usually can just dismiss what the dumb person says. the arrogant smart person is more annoying because he/she is harder to ignore.

I sort of agree with the generalization "people who think they are smart" are annoying, not just dumb people (dumb of course being relative in this context) Mostly, though, I think I get annoyed at people who seem to feel the need to try and assert "I AM SMART" by force instead of just letting it flow naturally. It is then particularly funny/grating when these people are wrong.
