10/25NL at Foxwoods.........

Here are the dynamics. Real Juicy 10/25NL game. Preflop it has been limped round usually, rarely any raises preflop but players are still getting into huge pots with one pair weak kicker, it's basically a dream situation for someone that really understands the game. Anyway, there is a live straddle, so its 50 to call. I am the shortest stack at the table with roughly 8k. 4 limpers I am on Button with KcKs. I raise to 500. SB calls, BB calls, all limpers call, straddler folds. Yes, I am officially [censored] a brick, now my post flop game has to come into play. My guess is that a few players limped with PPs and there is definitely a hand like AQ or Q10s out there. Not really too sure how they could all limp then flat call 500. Flop comes 10h5h2c. Checked to me.........?? I have 7500 behind, not really trying to go broke with one pair here but this is probably the best flop I could of seen. I bet 1200 into 3500. Leaving 6300 behind. SB folds BB folds UTG +1 calls, everyone else folds...UTG + 1 has roughly 40k behind and is without a doubt the best player at the table. He is a regular and is not afraid to gamble it up..Now the pot is 5900 and I have 6300 behind, my intentions were to push on any non heart turn or non ace turn...Turn is 6h. Villain thinks for 20 seconds, looks at me and checks...What is the right line here. What would you guys do?

I can't believe six people called 20 BBs preflop. WTF.

How about just pushing the flop? There's a shitton of money in that pot.

yes oh well, you have 6k left 3500 in the pot, they're not having sets enough to make it -EV....I'd bet 2500 on the flop and call a push, as played I check turn fold to a river bet unless it's like 1500 because he's very unlikely to bet a worse hand

Was this from this past weekend? If so, who were you?

No, this hand wasn't from this past weekend.

There is no such thing as a safe flop in a 6-way pot. I actually like the flop bet to thin the field and keep the pot under control so you don't HAVE to go broke.

On the turn, check behind, he's probably putting you on exactly what you have (big overpair) and if a 4th heart hits the board you could easily have the nuts and move him off a set.

Check/call a reasonable bet on a non-heart river.

I think the only hand you really beat at this point is JJ or something, and I would check behind.

If he bets even half bot on the river fold.

Are you kidding me? He called a 1/3 PSB. His range is not exactly sets and flush draws only. He could be calling with 99 and hoping to get to showdown for all we know. His lead could also easily be a "it's obvious you have one pair, now lay it down" bluff attempt.
