beat: renting without any income

Anyone smart enough to figure out how I can get a lease on an apartment without showing any proof of income or getting a co-signer? Thems applications look official enough that they wouldn't be willing to make special considerations or nuthin.

I could pay the whole thing upfront if I had to.

If you offer to pay 6 months or more upfront cash it shouldn;t be an issue.

Unless you want a really nice place.

If you have a fat bank account a copy of the statement will go a long way. Pretty sure a stars screenshot won't cut it though.

Isn't this a brag if you successfully do it?

I have a feeling that I'll be best off not telling them that I plan to pay them through gambling winnings.

I plan on gettings a 950 sq. ft. 2 bedroom apt. in Downtown Toronto for $2300/mo

Does this qualify as a very nice place? And why would a very nice place not want my cash?

I was wondering the same thing myself a couple days ago. There's probably a lot of self employed people out there that just have to show bank statements or pay up front. Would love to hear how this turns out
