dealers have done this to me as well at Winstar. Hate it, but I don't want to make a fuss either.

Depends, kinda.

If its any reasonable mid-to-high-limit game being seriously played, automatic KITN.

If its a socialable 4/8ish donkpartyfest with people asking the dealer to sweat cards, talk of halfpots for the dealer, drinking, etc., meh, no big deal at all.

It is the dealer why should you care. I would understand if a player did it. Did the dealer tell your hand? Too many peeps get too strung out over ettiquette!
