Good Luck charm
 

So my friend brings a good luck charm that he won from one of the crane games in a grocery store.

A stuffed donkey (from the movie Shrek).

So, he has it with him the first half of the home tourney and is doing pretty [censored]. I mentioned on more the one occasion the irony is his choice of good luck charm. Well, he had KJo 3 times and hit 2 pair everytime, only to get sucked out each time to a str8 or flush. He then passed the "good luck charm" to my girl friend. She would later have KK all-in to my A 10 and my friends QJ. I hit an A on the flop and my friend sucked out for a str8 on the river. The original holder of the donkey later hit AA, 2 hands in a row and took a person out each time.

Conclusion: Stuffed donkey != good luck

eh. i have a buddy who always brings these 2 pencils with him whenever he plays.. ones mechanical and the other, a reg #2... not even a ticonderoga..
