25/50c cash, 200bb deep: Couple decisions with overpair.

Live HU match, villain is vaguely TAG, kinda likes to c/c flop and lead turn with air, rarely makes big calls. Pretty passive preflop. Winning online SNG player. I have been playing aggressively (as usual), raising preflop 50% of my buttons and usually following up with a C-bet when checked to. We both know each others' games pretty well. I'm down a little from missing some flops, but nothing serious.

Dealt AA from the sb/button. I raise to $2 (standard). He quickly calls.

Flop Q56. He leads for 2.5. First decision? I made it 8 total. He quickly called.

Turn T. He quickly checks. Decision #2? I made it 17 into the pot of 22. He quickly called.

River another T, pairing the board. Villain again quickly checks. My action?

Feedback on all streets appreciated.

40-ish for value from a Queen, I thinks.

Are flop and turn superstandard?

pot the turn so you have a psb left on the river.

as played, on the river, just shove. he's not calling a bet of 40 that much more often than a bet of 70.
