I'm not inclined to do that. Admin forum announcements are rarely used, and this isn't a 2+2 forum problem or event. If any red makes a forum wide announcement about this, it will most likely be Mason.

I'm fine with the locked mod stickies, but it would probably be better to direct most of the actual discussion back to the legislation forum.

I'm not sure how. I'm not saying that this isn't a big issue to almost all members on this site. I'm just saying that feature has never been used for that kind of announcement as far as I know. I do know that Mason and Mat talked with their lawyer about what role they should take in all of this, so I'm going to let them decide how to proceed. I was not at that meeting.
