Im not sure I even like your raise. The whole table is in there limping.

This is material for an interesting math exercise. How often will A9 be the best hand in this spot against four random hands?

Your reraise sizing sucks. raise to 1.70. Calling CO's AI sucks, but he's a moron with a 7 enough of the time.

I'd call, but not really like it a bunch.

He could easily be pushing with something like 78. The straight is at least somewhat unlikely, and as a short stack he is more likely to be pushing a draw or a worse 9 here than a normal stack. Certainly if the SB called, I'd be a lot more worried.

Your equity is somewhere in the 30% range. A raise seems fine to me.

I like the raise as a sort of information raise. If we are raising for information I guess I can get away here.

Edit: oops

Did not see the SB. I'd just flat call that .40 bet for pot control in this multiway pot. I really don't mind getting it in allin with the shortstack who could be doing this with any 9 (it's limped after all) I wouldn't give shortstacks much credibility at all. I'd say I'd do so fairly happily.

I just call the small blinds's bet but if everyone else has folded I'm always calling the shortstack's all in.
