Wagner is a 10-year veteran of the Police Department who switched to narcotics three years ago for personal reasons: Her teenage daughter died of a heroin overdose in 2001.

When Blackburn showed her the mint packets yesterday, Wagner was near tears.

"I was shocked," she said.

I don't think there's anything wrong with pretending to be messing with hardcore drugs when you're young. The old breaking open a sugar packet at a restaurant then chopping it up into a line then pretending to rail it with my straw was gold when I was like 12-13ish. Fortunately I got over the "hardcore drugs are cool to play with" fad by the time any real drugs became available to me.

what kind of self respecting drug dealer would go to all the trouble of making his packaging look that nice, come on. Profit margin!
