Not sure that is true, he is much more likely to cbet sets than overpairs this deep, and I think that AA-KK-AQ are the vast majority of his range. Given that, I don't like it and think he will call with them most of the time.

Ballsy, but that's the worst river card ever for you to bluff. Also I'd make my turn raise a little bit smaller to set up a bigger shove on a blank.
