there's pretty much nothing you can do, if anything it's good he's starting this early, maybe he'll get busted and expelled from his junior high and it'll set him straight for when it really matters

its a really long story but my mom wont be able to do anything and his dad is a stupid [censored] [censored] who i want to beat to death for being such a [censored] douchebag

edit: im really buzzed still from drinking earlier and my moms already long gone into sleep but im still going to talk to her about it tomorrow. i doubt it will fix the problem but it will certain present it into the open light and send him the message that he needs to get his [censored] together or we are going to get it together for him. the way i found out about it is that i was logging into myspace and his name was the one for some reason or another logged into probably by myself mistyping a key and then selecting his email by accident. his messages pretty much gave him away.

yeah it would be great if he gets kicked out of school so he has more time to drink and smoke.

I was mainly joking. In all honesty at that age talking to him will go a long way. I assume he respects you since you are his big brother, probably moreso than his/your mom.

Show him the consequence of his actions if he continues smoking and drinking. Take him on a ride and point at random bums and ask him if he wants to end up like that.
