why such a small cont bet in a three way pot? When he leads out on the turn, what do you think bets there that you can beat?????

And I wouldn't call this a 'dry' board.

bet more on the flop. your bet is so weak, you can't narrow his range a bit. turn looks like spew to me, because he seems to be value-betting. Card is a total blank and he is giving good odds for a call.
