looking for new site to play at (small stakes nl)

For the last good while now I've been a sh and hu limit specialist and have played exclusively at Stars and WPEX.

After an extended downswing and personal re-evaluation I've decided that I want to rebuild by learning and playing micro and small stakes NL both shorthanded and headsup if possible. since wpex is changing the rakeback scheme and the players are tough there anyway, I need to move the wpex monies to a new site.

I live in the US and have managed to miss the boat on the full tilt rb train.

that leaves absolute, ub, bodog, true poker, cake poker, and prima.

things I think about each:

Absolute:
big player base, but more tough and aggro opponents. I used to play a lot at abs and am already a VIP with good RB there, so that could be a plus. The re-deposit bonus structure is a PIA for US players though. Not sure what my ceiling is there and I'm totally unsure about the relative nl fishcount since I've never really played NL before. They do have cash HU tables though, which is a plus.

Ultimate Bet
Missed RB there too. crappy rake structure though, and some shady dealings combined with tougher players make this one a non-issue I think.

Bodog
Big site with lots of fishies, but no rb or bonii in sight. They have workable software and lots of HU tables. This one could be a strong possibility despite the drawbacks.

True poker
I don't know much about this network. I think the player base is much smaller than abs, UB or bodog so that could hurt it, and the RB wont be as much as I get at Abs - so the games would have to be significantly better.

cake poker
see true poker

prima
Big network with cool RB that I already have. Aggro and crazy euro players there, which may or may not be a good thing. CRAPPY software. tons of HU tables going into the very high limits. No idea about the fish ratio.

Full TiltAnother big site with lots of fish. I'm just bitter because I don't have rb there, but the games would have to be better than those at bodog for me to consider this one over it. HU tables available.

ok, which is it then?

It looks like you're aware of the recent UB shadiness but if you didn't know, Prima also has a history of screwing their customers. Do some searches and read some of the Prima threads before you consider playing there.

For SSNL, just stick with Stars.

seriously.
you listed pretty much most of the U.S. options except for Stars which should certainly be considered as your 100% home-base I would think.

You can get rakeback on bodog. Fulltilt has no fish whatsoever. And play at Prima. The rake at small stakes is breathtaking and it is very benficial to have 60+%RB there.

I am assuming that you are going to play 6max NL, rather than full ring?

If so, I would go with the Prima network. Lots of decent deposit bonuses (the current top two on www.easypokerbonuses.com for example), and plenty of 6max tables at low stakes.

The software does kinda suck, but it is super-fast, so you do get more hands per hour than at any other site, IMO.

Lots of shockingly inept players!

also anyone on truepoker know often the NL 2/4,3/6, and 5/10 games run?

op: bodog and abs dont have any HU NL cash tables.
