do you think there will be a big difference in the price that i'll get if i put my ps3 on sale at ebay tonight / tomorrow / monday / a week from now?

Sell it on Christmas day. Just go door to door - I'm sure you will find someone willing to give you their car for one.

Put it up on Saturday around noon for a one day auction. That way it ends at noon on Sunday.

as soon as possible...the longer you wait the more supply will catch up with demand...won't be enough idiots left to pay $1800 for it

Put it up yesterday. By Saturday there will probably be more than 20,000 up for sale on ebay.
