Pls help me on poker tracker
 

every time i try to upload my hand histories from my will hil log file- the program freezes and stops responding before completion- what should i do?

Are you sure it's freezing up, and not just taking a long time to import the hand histories. Let the program attempt to import the hands, then leave your computer alone for about one hour. If it's still not responding by then I'd go ahead and post in the software forum, or e-mail support at pokertracker.
